TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the access and use of the application known as Lyra (hereinafter, the "Application"), owned by Celerity Solutions (hereinafter, the "Provider"). By registering and using the Application, the user (hereinafter, the "Professional") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Lyra is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform exclusively intended for clinical and administrative management for mental health professionals. Features include, but are not limited to: appointment scheduling, medical records management, patient databases, and office administration. The Provider does not provide health services or medical advice.

3. PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION AND REPRESENTATIONS

The Professional represents and warrants that they hold the necessary degree, registration, and legal authorization to practice their profession in their jurisdiction. The Professional is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Use of the Application is personal and non-transferable.

4. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS

Access to Lyra's features is governed by a paid subscription model.

  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed externally by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record.
  • Billing: Subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Cancellation: The Professional may cancel the subscription at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The software, design, interfaces, logos, and any intellectual content of the Application are the exclusive property of Celerity Solutions. The Professional acquires no rights over the intellectual property, being granted only a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license for use.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Celerity Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Clinical decisions, diagnoses, or treatments performed by the Professional through the use of the tool.
  • Data loss resulting from misuse of the account by the Professional.
  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or technical failures beyond the Provider's control.
